Registration / admission fee

Registration :

The school is limited to 60 participants.

Applications will be organized in two campains :

First campain : open now up to June 30th - Answer to candidate on July 17th

Second campain : 1st september - 15 september - Answer to candidate on September 22th.

You will receive an e-mail with the status of your application.

 IMPORTANT : Please provide your contact information + a motivation letter to attend the school.

When you are connected you have to apply to the "Non-linear optics in fibers and in integrated optics" school.

Registration fees :

PhD students 220 € TTC

Other participant from public institutions : 250 € TTC

Participant from private institutions : 360 € TTC

CNRS participants : no fee

What is covered in the registration fees ?

Accomodation for the duration of the school in the basis of shared double room, shuttles from the airport to IESC (under conditions), lunches, coffe breaks and one conference dinner on thursday evening are covered by the registration fees. Other dinners are not covered in the registration fee and will be at the discretion of the participants.
